Pivot angle: 25 degrees in each direction
For smaller gauge locomotives where the grips do not close around the model, the cradle can be positioned at an able and the second gripping bar removed so that the model rests in the crook of the cradle rather than being 'gripped' by the bars.
Kit includes:
1 x base plate
2 x mounts
2 x right angle arms
2 x gripping bar
6 x M5 bolts
6 x M5 wing nuts
1 x 200mm length of soft foam self adhesive tape
The cradle is made from strong 3D printed PLA plastic. Owing to this method of manufacture, there may be some surface imperfections such as layer lines present. This does not affect the functionality of the cradle.
Build instructions are not provided as a physical copy, though assembly is simple and there is a build video you can follow within the item pictures.
Items are posted via Royal Mail 2nd class parcel post. The base will be posted in a padded envelope and smaller hardware contained within a zip-lock bag.
