MBB2 Large Model Boat Kit Building Berth, suitable for 1/350 & 1/200 scale kits

Introducing the MBB2, the LARGE model boat building berth for scale model kit construction.  This is a sister product to the smaller scale boat berth (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/165961761788)

The two points of articulation aid with adapting the berth to many different scales and profiles, though ideal for 1/350 - 1/200, though check dimensions (below and in the item images) or get in touch if you have any questions. 

The berth is designed to act as a cradle for the model kit during construction, painting and weathering. This prevents accidents, assists in fitting parts and avoids placing the model directly on the working surface.

Made from strong 3D printed PLA plastic in colour grey.  Owing to the nature of its manufacture, some surface imperfections are likely, and whilst present, do not impact the functionality of the device.

Kit contents include:

• 1 x Base plate
• 2 x Horizontal rails
• 2 x Vertical clamps
• 2 x clamp stands/mounts
• 6 x M5 bolts - hex head
• 6 x M5 wingnuts
• 2 x M3 bolts
• 1 x 20cm length of 8mm foam tape

Building berth is supplied un-assembled.  Simple building instructions are available as a digital copy in the item images.

Item will be packaged in a large padded envelope.  Smaller hardware will be sealed in a ziplock bag.
